Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted where an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was originally sent, including items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the item and advising whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to the address above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
